Audrine seems to have vanished without a trace. I'd love to know how she's getting on.

DP in America. He has alzheimers but was an excellent writer and very witty.

Rog in Switzerland - A good poster but he could sometimes be very insulting.

Bouncing Badger - he upset a lot of people but I got on with him ok. I took him with a pinch of salt.

Irongog - he was a long standing member with strong political views.

Then there were the really unpleasant members - I even wonder what happened to them!

Last but not least - the plonkers who took it over from Bob Salmon and destroyed it. Just goes to show not just anybody can run a successful forum.

Arfur too. Hope he is alright. Illnesses seemed to make him old before his time, and he always referred to himself as one of the old folk. He was still in his 60s at the time!

Pity they all seemed to have got lost. difficult to keep in touch with no address. I did send Audrine details of this forum and understood she was coming on, but sadly no word since. seems lots of sites closed. I have belonged to an American one for a long time and untll this week there have only been two of us on at all. just hope this one keeps going strong. cheers penny

The only other site I used to go to was Seniority until they shut it down. I dabbled a bit with another (which I have forgotten the name of ). But Tiddles used to be on both of those and he also used to come here especially on Valentines Day where he would send a Valentine to all the ladies.
Anyone know where he has got to?

I read somewhere that Tiddles had died too but I don't know if the information was accurate.

That makes me sad. Tiddles was a good moderator..

Yes i was thinking about tiddles too,always posted to the ladies at xmas and valetines day etc.
Then there was Scotsman and Jockland and Stan.
I also wrote to Audrey but never heard back.
