Agree, make sure you return as delivered if the pies are broken etc. If ok then do mention to manager to save others having the same. cheers Penny

The same kind of ****wit who plonks 5kg of Maris Piper on top of a chocolate gateau. (A Tesco branch in E London. I demanded and got a new gateau). Now, if doing my own shopping, I absolutely will not let anyone else pack for me. I stopped using Ocado for online shopping because of this kind of ineptitude.
