Hi Penny.
I've had it nearly 4 weeks now. I thought I was getting a bit better but have now developed a cough which has me awake half the night.
The doctor tells me I haven't got a chest infection so there's no medication she can give me. She took my temperature & said it was a bit high - I could have told her that! I feel feverish and altogether wrecked.

Just got to rest/keep warm/hot drinks etc. That's what I'm doing.

Thanks for thinking of me penny. :bighugs:

Just for the record Penny isn't the only one, Carol!

One of my heart meds is notorious for causing a night time cough. We were recommended to use "Soothers" (but no prescription!). About 3 in 5 of my rehab group found them effective, so not foo'proof but nothing to lose Carol '. I've always got a pack in m bedside drawer.

Ramipril is one of my medications that makes me cough and cough Laurie, apparently its got a reputation for causing this problem but there is also others which cause the same problem too.
