2. The Virgin Soldiers. (I didn't think the film was brilliant but had a real "thing" for Hywel Bennett at the time ... and for years afterwards. Mmmmm)

A Hang Five is a nose wheelie which is performed whilst balanced on the front pegs of a BMX. It can be tricky, but is a stylish BMX trick that can really impress. The hang Five is demonstrated here by Jason Forde of the UK's Team Extreme

It really could have been what your book said anyway Penny because I just remember a friends son years ago was a bit of a racer.
