From forums some of us frequented, in the time of the late Miriam and Arthur, and Bob of course. I have been thinking lately of Doatie (Sheila Leggatt) I think she stopped posting on Age Net before the dreaded brotherhood took it over. Has anyone ever heard news? I once had her email address but mislaid it ages ago.

The twins might know - I'm sure one of them told me they'd met Doatie - had lunch with her at her home with their sister Brenda (Mrs Root)
I think Mrs Root & Doatie were friends. Perhaps you could get Doatie's addy through Janet or Margaret.

Many thanks Carol. Maggie has messaged me that Mrs Root is in touch with Doatie.

I am making a good recovery from the accident, thank you. Where the face was mostly purple, it has reduced a little but still looks worse than it feels. I am having a lazy time and friends are being very supportive.
