In order to achieve this look you have to catch/breed arctic foxes which you keep in metal cages, open to the elements. You feed them highly-fattening pulped fish and offal so that they grow grotesquely fat - so you get much larger pelts. It's a great pity that their eyes suffer under the rolls of fat on their faces but, thankfully?, they don't live very long when they are mercifully?put to sleep with a couple of humane? electric probes - one put in the mouth and the other in the anus.

This isn't even done in the interests of keeping human beings warm in icy conditions, it's a way of life to provide freaky fashion designers with expensive material for their creepy, totally daft creations like the ridiculous, obscene monstrosity in the photo below.
