Might be a misprint in the book. Does say Gang but correct answer is Gary Glitter. Well spotted.

2. This was the era of the Commonwealth of England, a republic headed by Oliver Cromwell as Lord Protector until his death by execution in 1658. His son, Richard, succeeded him but only for a short time. The monarchy was restored under Charles II in 1660 (shame! :hide: )
