Neighbours have visitors including 2 little dogs & a toddler,A s our dog kept barking at them he was kept in,but a short while ago I felt sorry for him& let him out,as it was cool, he laid in the garden & I came on here , then he started to bark again,son came down from his room [ on his computer ] to say he [the dog ] should not have been let out un supervised,Why am I supposed to do the supervising ,never saw son come down to supervise

Surely hes more able to take the dog for a walk or watch him in the garden surely.
