Not a nice day,it has been showery a bit cooler ,but Ive also felt 'clammy'..I have not felt well all day, had a lower back ache all week,kept hoping it would go,but has been worse today,difficult to do anything.As I have a hospital appt.tomorrow pm I dont think Ill be able to see a DR 1st,but I might see if I can get in in the morning
