One of the best TV programmes returned this evening and, for anyone who hasn't seen it, I would thoroughly recommend it.

It is on BBC2 at 6.45 until 7.30 pm and is called "The Repair Shop"

People bring in their battered , shabby keepsakes and things of sentimental value and the very clever, painstaking professionals work their magic and restore them for posterity. It is amazing and wonderful to see the end result of these dedicated people's skill.

Yes I like to see this too Monika it makes a nice change from much of the rubbish shown because I am sick to death of seeing the same programmes over and over again.
