In the butchers on Friday were some local (20 food miles) blueberries on the counter so I bought a punnet.

Just finished them, after my lunch.

Delicious.

Blueberries have a reputation for being a 'superfood' laurie.

Back in the 80s, regularly travelling between Pembrokeshire and the Fylde there was a spot in mid-Wales where we would regularly stop as just fifty feet up the mountain, just off the road, there was a huge blueberry patch where we always are our fill.
