If Only.

If only I could have my way, I wonder what I would do, Laze around all day ,perhaps eat drink and chew.
Perhaps I'd be a writer, of books and super poems, or stories that would shock the world, of all its comings and goings.
I might one day make it known,that waging war is useless,
For soon as one is over, some idiot starts another.
I might be able to spread the word,that love is the top of charts.
Just think of all the joy to come,no more broken hearts.
