Don't normally worry about mine till much later on Sunday, but in the morning my Daughters is coming to pick me up about 10am, so will have to make sure I have the right time somewhere!!!!!

All mine are done already because I cant grip the controls now to do them so my son has done them all for me today. I keep check with my I-Pad or computer of the correct time.

Oh, how I wish we could stop this twice year!y messing with time! My body clock will be all messed up for a week or 10 days and for what? Okay, it's light later in the evening but it'll be dark when I wake in the morning and that's no way to start the day; I'm grumpy enough in the morning as it is.

Yes me too Andere. I hate this sodding about with the clocks, especially if taking meds. I like to keep to a certain time for everything and even an hour can throw my body clock out of action.
It was worse during the war because it was two hours difference but I was young then and could cope better.

I woke up at 7.40 then put a hour on it.My body wasnt ready to get up.All clocks are now changed.
