Thumb Dance

Postby Penny » Tue Jun 11, 2019 11:34 am

I was lounging in a chair, ankles crossed and hands held together, simply taking it easy when I noticed my thumbs were playing with each other. I thought I must put a stop to that when I looked across at OH and he was in the same position and his thumbs were doing the same. Do your thumbs dance when you are relaxed or haven't you noticed yet..?? cheers Penny

Mine used to do that a lot and I can't really work out when it stopped happening. No conscious effort on my part to stop the thumb twiddling but I think it's been replaced by invisible piano playing. I frequently catch myself tapping the fingers of my left hand on any available surface : table top, desk, chair arm, my own leg. No idea why!
