We are fine here, Penny, thanks. All the flooding you're seeing/hearing about in the news is about 35 miles south east of here, close to the coast in the Skegness area. It is truly terrible for those people - who knows how long it will take to get their homes repaired and habitable again? I haven't heard of any flooded homes or public buildings in this area at all, although the rivers and brooks are all well filled and there's water standing on farmland in some places. But more rain is forecast later this week so there's no room for complacency.
