Passing a block of flats. One of the upper rooms had a rope through the window lowered almost to the ground. It had a big hook on and she fixed the bag of rubbish on the hook to lower it. Then walked down to lift it off for collection. Back upstairs to withdraw rope. I thought this fantastic andd thought you might like to think it over, save you a worry. cheers Penny

Thank you for that nice thought,Penny.But I don't think the neighbours are going to like seeing my rubbish going pass their windows blowing in the wind. More so if the bag bursts.
