Been trying to put these to parliament but unable. Have you any?

Why do we need more than three main parties in Parliament?

Why not pass a law ...All new properties must be built with Solar panels in the roof.

One which always starts arguments. For the next five years only 2 children for any family.

Does anyone else have any questions they would like to sent to Parliament.
