One of the things my grandson got up to the other day when he woke up very early was deciding to raid the frig. He drank two litres of chocolate soy milk followed by the remains of a bottle of orange juice ! For once he didn’t feel like breakfast, or lunch, or dinner ........

 Thank you, PD, for a darn' good laugh just when it was needed.

I do drop in here most days and read any new posts but admit that, if I can't find anything fresh and interesting to say, then I don't say anything. I find this time of year particularly difficult and don't want to spread gloom and despondency so i just keep quiet.

Did it make him feel poorly Lacey?

Like you Andere I too call in but I am not usually into politics or sports and with the rotten news being SO gloomy I would rather come in to a laugh which I can always have with Pooh because he loves to take the P out of me. :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:

Hi Dita.
We can all do with a smile because the gloomy news and sodding Brexit can be a pain in the duff at times.
Having said that my heartfelt sympathy goes to all whose homes are under water.
I only hope that things will get better for them from now on although the forecast is not very rosy.

Hi Dita.
The ruddy weather does not help to cheer folks up and to see what damage it has done to SO many folks homes and businesses while the clowns in government are arguing the toss when they should be pulling together to help folks in this dreadful predicament makes my blood boil.
I have to have something to laugh at to help get my blood pressure down and Poohs comical posts help especially when aimed at me. I know he loves me really.

Hi! Maisie, what you just mentioned about Blood pressure rings a bell with me------- it certainly assists my beta-blockers. Lots of the floods are around us and for those poor folk who get floods often it must be a shocker because house insurance prices will get out of their reach. Keep this thread going Maisie and Poohdog Pretty Please :)

Mind you looking at life seriously for a minute I have to say I feel grieved for all the folks whose lives have been uprooted through all this rotten wet weather.
