Watching the little tits today, almost ready to fly. Very funny when mum or dad come and pop the caterpillar in their mouths they upturn and parent takes away what looks like what went in. Keeping us tied to the screen far too long. cheers penny

No maggieh I have them all the time but they don't use the nest after the new ones have left. So once it is empty our looking will begin again next April. cheers Penny

I would rather watch what you see with the birds' Penny.Have a young lad fiddling around with a car every nice day. Then he will sit and rev that up,and all the fumes come up to my open windows. :groaner:

Sad 2 baby birds have since died, you will have to try and wave them off,Penny.

Just looking in, there are 3 dead birds in the nest and two left to fly. I have been wondering what happens to the bodies ans strangely enough the mother seems to be burying them inside. I watched early on and mother appears to be pulling bits of the nest from under the bodies and then they sink a little more. Very strange. Wonder if she leaves them in the nest all winter??? will keep all up to date. cheers Penny
