Received my request for TV licence yesterday. Is there no age limit as to when does not pay. cheers Penny

The people who don't pay are the under 75s and as from now, the over-75s who get Pension Credit. You probably saw the form for the Pension Credit application, in the same envelope.

As I've posted elsewhere, I can't apply for a licence because the instructions are not available in large print, and I can't read them.
That is pretty poor in this day,and age.
I will just have to wait for them to prosecute me and throw myself on the mercy of the judge!
