I needed this laugh because I have been feeling down for a few hours. Thank you I will open up tomorrow re today's events. There is sunshine at least.

Morning all. Lovely and sunny with super blue sky. Only one ot two puffy white clouds. Told we may have a slight shower but no sign yet.

Good morning and I felt those thoughts Dita, bless you. The local forecast online said yesterday would bring a thunderstorm to this area at 5 p.m.!!! No sign of it, just a cool evening with slight breeze. Today sun coming out after earlier rain.

Beautiful start to the day, Sky playing about now with puffy white clouds. Have been told to expect thunder and lightening this afternoon. I hope all places burning will have lots and lots of rain.

20.10pm and just had a terrific shower, dark clouds dark sky and the most beautiful Rainbow I have ever seen. Only thing missing so far today, thunder and lightening.

Not a pleasant weather start on my daughter's birthday. Really cold with rain for quite a while.

The last couple of days has been heavy showers, thunder storms and very little sun.

Gales blowing here with an icy clout from Antarctica! It's a toss up between rain and snow. Roads in the South Island and central North Island are closed with snow. Heat pump on and firewood restocking ready to batten down for a couple of days!

Very mixed here. One minue sunny and breezy, next breezy, very dull and looking like rain.

Sounds pretty rough in your neck of the woods Ciderman, bit like when we get a rough snowy winter. Its funny because even though we know you have a winter--- when you hear the news like that, its hard to imagine New Zealand having such cold weather.
Our weather is more or less the same as Penny described above.

Started off lovely and sunny bit with in an hour, dark and heavy cloud. Sun bravely keeps trying but think we have lost it for today. Fingers crossed. Afternoon.... Should have known. Just had 30 mins of very heavy rain and looks as though plenty more to come. One great big black cloud overhead keep wishing it to go where it is badly needed.

Another odd day, weatherwise. This morning very dull, suddenly after 2 pm the sun shines and sky is lovely blue. Very windy though and now at 3.45 sky is becoming cloudy with big white clouds. Still very windy.

Considering we were promised a dull afternoon with showers, we have been extremely lucky, a lovely warm and sunny afternoon with lots of birds coming down for food. hope everyone else has been as lucky.
