I hope everyone is enjoying this weather, I have been loathe to move as it is so lovely. After lunch sat down and not moved until now when I I said to hubby, I must make an effort. Looking out across the front lawns is a treat. Super greens and the same blue sky as earlier. Expect everyone is in the same frame of mind. Must enjoy what we can when we can. cheers Penny :sunglasses: :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

After yesterday here, when the rain never let up, today's sun has been a pleasant surprise. Even our priest lightened up and gave a humorous homily because sunshine made him happy!

Pouring but warm
The forecast is 7 degrees, but it feels much warmer than that. Woke up with the covers thrown back!

Very windy at present with a lovely blue sky and white puffy clouds. Sun keeps popping through and hopefully forecast for this area not too bad,

Hope visit to vet went well. Weather simply lovely here. Very clear blue ski, cannot see any clouds at all. Take care all.

Penny, I always dread visits to the vet because my sweet loving pet (at home) turns into a savage Cat from Hell in the consulting room. None of the vets can manage to examine her under the attacks and she has acquired a reputation there. As she was a rescue cat and was age 14 months when she came to me, I can only imagine a sad start in her life, either cruelty on the streets or a bad experience at the vet used by the RSPCA, causing her to be so afraid of them.
Luckily the problem of this week, which was diarrhoea with some blood, seems to have stopped now, but I have to take her back to the vet if it shows again. This would mean tests to be taken when she is sedated. So it is fingers and paws crossed!

Sorry, I missed that enquiry till now. Penny, I am pleased with the chair which is comfortable and easy to operate. Having 'Oatmeal' upholstery, it blends in nicely with the other furniture, carpet, curtains etc.

Unseasonably mild with warm southwesterly winds.

Forecast maximum 20 degrees, already 19 degrees, indoors with the windows open, by 7:00 AM.

Been dull and dry this morning. Suddenly we have lovely blue sky and sunny. Can see white clouds in the distance and sun fading as I write.

Very changeable here. Rained in night. Where is the little bit of Summer we were told by the forecast? Obviously it is with Laurie!
