Today's Covid Plan B announcement

Postby vannin » Wed Dec 08, 2021 11:03 pm

Just in case anyone has not read or heard it.

Here's a look back at today's key developments

Boris Johnson confirmed the return of work-from-home guidance from Monday

Facemasks will be enforced in most public venues including theatres, restaurants and cinemas

Covid passes will be made mandatory for nightclubs and other venues with large crowds

Measures will be reviewed no later than early January
Boris Johnson dismissed the prospect of introducing mandatory vaccinations, telling reports that he "didn't want us to have a society and a culture where we forced people to get vaccinated."

Daily testing will be introduced instead of isolation for those who come into contact with infected people.

Not much new there, all 'sensible' people have still been wearing masks, and most big company still has people working from home, as for not making vaccinations mandatory, am sure that's just a way of trying to stay in everyone's good books. it's all about money and politics, health and well-being come second.
