Same here. A very pleasant outlook. Lovely and sunny and slightly warmer.

Looking at the garden, loving all the opening flowers, noticed the dry cracking soil in the flower beds so went round with a watering can. The magnolias are wonderful and I had a couple of years when gusty winter weather literally nipped them in the bud, so been lucky this time!

We are having lovely weather. I love to see the sun but am amazed at how warm it is in March. I do hope it continues.

I got the bus into town today, wearing a thin jacket instead of the winter coat. Ladies in Summer dresses made me feel over-dressed! Our coffee-morning venue had fans going, as well as the door propped open.

Sweltering again today.

I'll have a tepid shower before lunch then come back to bed, can't do much else when it's like this.

It's pouring down here! Floods in some places even a washed out bridge. Parts of East Cape are cut off from the rest of us with slips the army is helping get essential supplies in to those people who need it.

Nice and warm again today. I shall stagger around with the watering can again!

A beautiful day with a soft breeze. But I am a bit sad to see that the magnolias had no sooner reached full flowering than the petals are falling in such a pleasant breeze.

Much cooler here today. But probably it is the norm for the end of March, and If it is the same where Laurie lives, he will be relieved!.

Yellow warning of snow in significant amounts tomorrow

My lawns were mowed today and the man was muffled up for warmth but topless a fortnight ago! No need for excitement, I am totally the wrong gender!!

We've got lying snow this morning and that's at sea level.

Awoke to a very dull day then within a few minutes a real downpor of snow. This came on and off for about 30mins. Then , vanished leaving a bright blue sky and very sunny day. It is now 10.15 so keeping fingers crossed for rest of day.

Yesterday our flurries of non-laying snow were interspersed with sleet and hail. Today bitter wind and bright sunshine together!! A few flakes appeared but came to nothing.
