A lovely day here,too hot for me to go out walking to the shop.

I went to watch Logan at his sports day on Tuesday,my daughter in law picked me up at 7.15 am as I had to be there for 9.30 start.When the sports had finished I was able to sit and have a picnic with Logan in the school grounds and lots of other families.

How are your grandchildren doing Penny?Jade is still looking for a Primary School teaching job for September.

Don't know if the gel works, I'm so full of painkillers anyway (That's not a complaint, they do work ) but it's about all I've got left and it does seem to take the edge off.

I've got the stair lift and two indoor chairs So I can get from the bed to the stair lift under stair lift to the freezer so I won't starve!

Ellen was Given her gown in Bath Catheral by Prince Edward, James is almost there and hopes to finish this year. Pity his illness kept him down. back to my normal staggering self today!

Great, must try to get some of tha gel for my shoulder. Trouble is I can't get out and nearest chemist is about 10 miles away. Wonder if it can be bought by post? Take care Laurie, cheers
