I sometimes don't even know what day of the week it is! Congratulations anyway Penny.

That is exactly the day widget. Time flies. Have my son's card on which he has written the date and year so that I don't forget again. I should add, hubby did not forget but in hospital he could not ring me. cheers

All the time I often find myself upstairs unable to remember why I'm there.

so far as wedding anniversary go, I had the good sense to choose a wedding day that was four days after my wife's birthday so at worst I only got reamed out once at the words!

In practise I was fortunate it never happened and in fact I always took her out on the anniversary of our first date, December the 16th 1960!

Congratulations to you and hubby Penny.Long time 63 years well done.

I got married on the 5th September also,I didn't last 10 years let alone 63.

I got up this morning thinking it was Wednesday and thought the week was going quick.

Would you believe it. My son just rang to see how things are and he mentioned he was going out for a special dinner. I asked, what is special and Heaven forgive me I had forgotten it was his birthday. Strange, he had been so busy he had forgotten too. Seems to get all of us at times. cheers
