Jab's

Had my booster and flu jab this morning at the Doctors, very well organised, and so far no after efforts, not even a sore arm when rubbed, so just hope it all works.

Well done! Well worth it. We had ours about a month ago with almost no side effects.

I was a blood doner for 25 years and I am amazed at the modern needles and how you almost don't feel them.

Unfortunately I am unable to walk without a frame so son took me in a wheelchair and as we were in a line of traffic he could not unlock the wheelchair or leave his car in a line of traffic. I have never seen the likes of this before. cheers

Have you asked to have a nurse come to you indoors for your injection Penny.?You are probably classed as housebound now.Why should you struggle to get to the Drs or Clinics for injections etc.

Hope your hubby is doing fine,Penny.

Funny you should suggest that Maggieh, we were waiting for a nurse and it was such a time son found the appointment at the clinic was quicker so thats how we came to go.

Son trying again to get the nurse and we hope she will be coming next week. Hubby is still bed=ridden. He has carers three times a day and we have now arranged a night sitter to start so that he will not keep calling me. Fingers crossed. Hope Logan is doing well.

Hubby is very ill and a district nurse came this morning to give him morphine. They have suggested we find a nursing home to put him for his final days. A lady from one is hoping to come this afternoon or tomorrow but is difficult to find one with special beds so that they can be lifted without being taken out,if you see what I mean. hope all are o.k. cheers

Finally got the nurse to visit and give me both jabs. One in each arm. The nurse was super, She said, If I was going to have any re-action it would start about half an hour after the Covid? jab.
