Hot Flushes.

Do you know any elderly ladies who have hot flushes. Is there anything that can be done. cheers

Long time since I had a hot flush, only get them now if the heating is too high.

I have'nt had hot flushes for years.Could try a very cold facecloth on your face. :roll:

Thanks maggeih, if it was just my face I would not bother, I get so hot I feel I am going to blow up. Talking to my gardener today, she said a relative of hers is the same. Nothing one can take or do. Keep warm. cheers
