Can you help me please?

I cannot find my pattern for blanket squares, with a leaf design on it. Do any of you have it. I could buy a pattern but it is only repeated squares and the site wants £2.60 for the pattern. I had the instructions written down somewhere, but it is lost.

It is on one of the free knitting pattern sites - I'm not sure which one at the moment as I have about 8 on favourites and go to others.
I'll have a look for it. If not my friend has an original pattern.
