I have just had a beautiful bouquet of 7 red roses from my hubby for our 60th Diamond wedding anniversary which is today.
When I asked him why 7 he said 'One for the best day of my life when I married you and the other six are for the decades we have been married.'
Who said romance us dead when you are over the hill. :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:

60 years. Wow Maisie!

We have been married for almost fiftyfive years and it don't seem a day too much.

There aint a lady living in this land................................ A lovely song
I guess like us, you have had your ups and downs but the ups outrule the downs.
Hoping you will have many more happy years together. XXX

Ditto to that Maisie and you too Mo. It's so lovely to hear of people still being in love after so many years.

Many thanks everyone.

I had another bouquet this afternoon from the Shetland Isles from my foster daughter.

My lounge looks like a florists shop.
