Food Alert - Sainsbury

Postby Penny » Thu Oct 01, 2009 3:27 pm

Sainsbury’s has recalled its Sainsbury's Chicken and Creamy Basil Pasta, because some packs have been wrongly packaged and may contain King Prawn Linguini. This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to shellfish. The Agency has issued an Allergy Alert.

Sainsbury’s Chicken & Creamy Basil Pasta
Pack size: 370g
Packaging: Transparent plastic with cardboard sleeve
Although only packs with a ‘use by’ date of 7 October 2009 might be affected, as a precaution, Sainsbury’s has recalled from all packs of the product
Cheers Penny
