Anyone know how to change Hotmail passwords?

I stopped hotmail a few years back - doesn't seem secure enough.

To change password, username and address, in Hotmail, go to OPTIONS.

I keep Hotmail for very occasional postings on the Net and I change the password, address and other details, from time to time.
