Voting; Person or Party?

Postby caroljoyce » Fri Nov 27, 2009 9:16 pm

When it comes to voting in our local elections I always vote for the person not the party. I know our local councillor, he's a good bloke who's done a lot for our village. (In the general elections I'm more of a floating voter!!)

What influences your voting .... Person or party?

I normally pick the one who looks as if they could do the least damage.

Ours, Elliot Morley is in big trouble here, he should be hung drawn and quartered. :tantrum2: :tantrum2:

Party for me, secondary is the person. I am very pleased with our First Minister, Alex Salmond, he has that commons touch, and seems level headed. Not like that greedy clown (thanks to Anya for the nickname)

I always vote for the Man, or Woman, before the Party.
