Has anyone been watching the Countdown finals?
I really wanted Chris to win, and was so pleased when he got the anagram in the semi final with only 4 seconds to go.
Was even happer to see him win yesterday. He was the 2nd seed and beat the 1st seed.

He is such a slight young thing - doubt he'll even be able to hold one of the encyclopaedias that he won!

Rarely get to watch it and I have wondered if a facility for arithmetic causes a huge arse? Or a huge arse causes a facility for arithmetic?

She's certainly smart.
I prefer the programme now with her and Geoff Stelling.
I know I am probably in the minority.

Only managed to catch it a few times, I find the new presenter as bland and insipid as stale water. I it just me?

I really enjoy the show. I didn't watch it for a while after Richard W died.

Didn't think much of the two other presenters, but I think Geoff Stelling is excellent - and he gets words sometimes that none of the others had.

Of course, it may be because I have listened to him as a football commentator, but I know I am not supposed to admit to enjoying football........how common is that!!!
