June, Marks and Spender do elasticated waist sort of jogging trousers, good quality material and they don't look like joggers, a pair costs about £9.50. Makes life a bit easier.

Well I woke up pain free this morning, and then I had a wash.....Dave does help me when I ask him but we woman do like to be independent don't we. He does put my deodorant on for me, hehe.
