I love stew and dumplings and steak & kidney pudding, in fact I've just made one and it's steaming away ready for our meal tonight.
I'm a sucker for meals made with suet pastry.

Who likes this kind of food and do you cook it often?

I love stews and sometimes do them in my slow cooker but I do not like steak & kidney pudding - its the suet that I do not like. I like Kate and Sidelly Pie though!

I love all the old fashioned foods and cook them too. Neck of lamb stew and fluffy dumplings swimming in a mixed veg stock and pearl barley I always skim off the surplus fat.

:sunglasses: :please: :now:
