Did anyone watch them on T.V?
Gosh that woman looks amazing for her age of 76 and what a figure.
She puts her young looks down to good genes and keeping out of the sun.
Apart from having her teeth whitened, she said she has never had surgery on her face. I wouldn't be surprised if she hasn't had Botox though.

I'd love to have Botox on my hands and around my mouth which is slightly lined.
If you had the money, would you pay to have surgery on your face or neck?

If I had that sort of money I would prefer to donate it for the benefit of those who have a real need such as those suffering from Leukaemia rather than use it for personal vanity.

Would never ever spend money on such surgery or chemical intervention.

Working in the Hospice has really taught me to count my blessings and if I had any spare cash it would go there.

But my money does go to lots of charities so I wouldn't feel that I have left out the charities that I believe should be funded.
If I had big money to spend a little on myself I would and I wouldn't feel at all guilty.

It seems to me, when looking at long-term users of facial cosmetic surgery, they start to lose all reason and end up not knowing when to stop. I suspect that's because they also don't recognise the fact that growing old is a natural process and some old people have a beauty all their own which positively radiates from them.

As for breast implants - take a look at Victoria Beckham's "spheres" (and the other two bimbos) and tell me that they aren't absolutely, utterly ridiculous.

Just thought I'd keep discussions coming in.

Debate is good, mo, I sometimes think this forum is fading away and know I would miss it hugely if it did.

Looking at your photo, I have to say I always think you are ageing well and, both you and your sister, look very good.

I think like everything .... moderation is the key, I don't care if people think I'm daft for wanting a proper chin :sunglasses:

Isn't she a legend? ... and to look like that at 76!!

She's had some knocks but you have to admire her attitude to life ... Close the door, move on... Get on with things... Not everybody can do that. I think Joan Collins is a woman that women like. Yes if I had her money I'd have everything possible done to make myself look attractive? When you look good you feel better about yourself.

Oh but how about that clip of Kate O Mara?.... OMG she looked frightening I thought with that tightly pulled face and a wrinkly neck...

Joan Collins never had tons of cosmetic surgery and every kind of messing about? Yep! I believe it! How do you do? My name is Sheba, queen of.

Watched Joan Collins last night, and I thought she looked great, with a wonderful attitude.

Agree with you CJ about Kate O'Mara - she was horrendous.

Definitely would not have unnecessary surgery, nothing to do with money, I just think there are too many things that can go wrong and I hope I don't have any more surgery in my lifetime. Just some minor dental today lol.
