As you may know I have been waiting for an appointment at the heart hospital and I was most pleased when it came through today.
I have to go on the 18th of May to see a specialist and I must admit that I am chuffed to think the appointment has come through so quickly.

That's good news, Maisie, not much time left for fretting and worrying.

All best wishes for your good health and good news, I hope. :grouphug:

Many thanks Penny, Hazel and DL.

It bucked me up because I wasn't expecting it to be so quick.

Thanks Dee.

I hope to goodness I dont have to go back the next day because sometimes I believe they wire you up for 24 hours.
The reason why I say that is because with it being mine and my lovely d-i-ls birthday on the same day I have booked a room for family and guests at a riverside inn where we are going for a meal. I would hate to miss it. :huffin:

That is good news Maisie - if they suggest the 24 hour test just ask them to defer it for a day or two.

Must remember the date so that we can go easy on the scrabble front :sunglasses:
