Didn't hint at all this year, my daughter usually remainds him but she has been too busy of late. The family came over this afternoon and brought me a lovely pair of china mugs with a cat on each, two mats and a super tray with the cats on. Obvious I love cats. They also gave me a larger tray with all beach huts on, very similar to mine in Dorset. Had fun doing card tricks with them and both children are planning to trick their friends at school. They ate all my cakes, apart from those they put in a bag to take home, D.I.L. took the bread that I made for hubby this morning and the children took the white bread I had ready for me. All I had left were half a dozen eccles cakes I made this morning. All in all a very happy day.
cheers Penny :grouphug:

Glad you had a nice day, Penny.

My, but weren't you a busy bee this morning. It would be an even better surprise next year if hubs made the bread too! :rolleye11:
