Just to let everyone know that today I felt so good that I caught a bus and went to town - on my own!

A 4 mile bus ride, across the road into Sainisbury's Corner Shop for a few things, into a coffee shop for a cuppa and then the bus arrived! It really feels good to be doing NORMAL things again.

Did have an hour's rest on the bed afterwards!
