What are you good at?

Postby caroljoyce » Sat Aug 14, 2010 1:29 pm

I'd gone to my local pool for a fitness swim this morning and when I'd finished I lay on the water and floated around. A teenage girl came up close and said what a brilliant floater I was. Well I've never thought about it before but I suppose I am.

What are you good at? it can be anything at all.... there must be something...

That makes two of us then VM
I am good at opening my mouth and putting my foot in it. :roflmao:

Seriously though Carol I cant honestly say that I am good at any sport or swimming.
Perhaps it would have been different if I had been to a decent school that had facilities for that kind of thing.
Unfortunately the years between being aged 10 and 14 I was stuck in a make do evacuee school
that was originally a little Baptist Church so that didn't help matters any.
I left school at 14 to start work.
That same Baptist Church is now a ruddy mosque.

Sorry, no I didn't mean in the sport world. Floating was just an example of what I'm good at. (Not much else actually!)
I meant are you good at anything at all and what is it? You might be a good listener for example or be a brilliant dressmaker.

Anything at all.
