WOW is this a record?

As you know I went for a check up on Wednesday 18th to find out whether I would need
a pacemaker but the decision was made NOT to give me a pacemaker but to insert a recorder instead.

While I was there they asked me if I would like the assessment for the local op that would be involved and
I agreed to this to save another journey there.
I have had a letter come this morning to say that the op will take place on September 1st.

I think this is fantastic, dont you? Concerning how quick it was I mean.

Many thanks Carol and Sweetpea.
It will be over and done with by the 17th of September which will be our 61st wedding anniversary.
My son and lovely d-i-l are taking us to Norfolk to their holiday home for a long weekend to celebrate it.
