I never liked the avocado but was very fond of my pink suite. My friend had the primrose yellow and she's still got it.

My housing association fits only white bathroom suites. This is because part of the suite sometimes needs replacing, eg a cracked wash basin. In many instances the manufacturing company has discontinued the range or they have gone into liquidation. Thus it is impossible to match the suite.

Good connection Rosemary bathroom suites and liquid- ation.
I guess the fact that white can't be water- ed down might be tap-ped in. :rolleye11:

We had a lovely champagne bathroom suite when we moved into our house.
But then we needed to get rid of the bath to have a walk in shower put in, so decided to have new sink (which had a crack in it) and a new toilet in white so that it all matched.
I do miss my bath though.

My kitchen was re-done about 8 years ago. We extended the kitchen and as I wanted longer cupboards (could get more in them lol) we had the whole lot changed.

We have a friend that is a painter and decorator and to keep his wife happy, the rooms in their house are painted every year!!!!!

One major project every ten years is as much upheaval as I can stand. Even longer if possible

I've had two bathroom suites in the 39 years we've lived here. I changed from white to the very fashionable (at the time) burgandy sometime in the 1970's.. OMG it was a sod to clean.
Later changed back to white again. Big sigh of relief... I'd never have a coloured one again.... even if it becomes the hight of fashion!!
