I think it's just where the Royal Mint has made a mistake such as missing the date etc... This apparently makes them valuable.

Thanks Caroljoyce. I was trying to find out about an old farthing I have had for years. Had to laugh on Ebay tho. Saw some coins undated at one price and then the same things at £100.00.00 Could not for the life of me see any difference between Mule nd ordinary. Still chuckling at this. My poor old farthing is Britannia Rex FID, 1835. Worth about 6 pence I would think. :roflmao: cheers Penny

Awwwww Button-A and Button-B !! As kiddies we used to pop into phone boxes and press Button-B, amazing how many people forgot to do that.

My best haul was thirty-seven and sixpence, at the top of Primrose Hill. I think the money box must have been faulty. Took me about a year to spend it.
