I am back.

Except Personal Attacks

I am back.

Its all over and done with thank goodness but its left me very sore which is to be expected and extremely tired with all the antibiotics that were pumped into me.
The three hours that I expected to stay in the hospital to have it done turned into nearly eight hours and all I wanted was to get done and sent home.
It took about 30 minutes to do the op but they were three hours late starting and when I had it I had to have bed rest for over an hour just in case I started bleeding.
The best of it is I'd had nothing to eat since 9-30am and I wasn't operated on until 6pm. Into the bargain the operating team were all Chinese not one English person among them BUT I have to stress that they were all very efficient and worked well.
So there you have it folks. I just hope that the implanted loop works and they will be able to find out from any future readings from it what is causing my blackouts.

God Bless All.

Glad that it is all done now - you must be exhausted!

Let's hope you have no more blackouts, as they must be frightening. At least, if you do though, there is now a way to find out what is causing them.

Many thanks Hazel, Anya annd Mazzy.
I didn't have anaesthetic to make me unconcious. I was aware of all the surgeon was doing to me because he had lathered me with some orange liquid that was to freeze the area. My boobs looked as though they had been dipped in orangey coloured paint and to top it all he had used a paint brush as big as one that a decorator would use. I could have been mistaken for a squaw. :dunno:
After he had lathered it on he was waiting for it to dry before cutting in to my chest but it wasnt drying quick enough for him so he proceeded to waft a book over it to dry it off.
Here I was with all my bosom hanging out with a bloke waving a sodding book over me.
All this AFTER me having to use a special liquid supplied by the NHS to shower myself with for three days before the op to kill any MRSA. and there he was waving the bl**dy book over me that had been handled by all and sundry.
The mind boggles.
