Contentment is a full wine rack.

I drove to Waitrose this morning which in itself was progress as driving that distance has not been possible for too many months.

Bought real food I can cook myself not the dreaded "ready meals for one"

Now when I get my new gnashers next week it will chocks away on the kitchen front.

Excellent news, always wonderful when life slowly returns to a more even keel. Even simple tasks, that are normally disliked, can suddenly seem pleasant

Today I have cut back and tidied up my window sill herbs and now my kitchen is full of the aroma of Mint, Basil and Lemon Balm.
Things are getting back to what passes for normal.

MJQ...that was a real 'blast from the past'. Over 30 years since I have heard them - my first husband got those albums when we split up.

I'm trying to remember the name of one of my favourites - could it have been 'no rain in venice' or similar???
Now I am tempted to wander around amazon and indulge myself!
