Red shoes for Nancy by Marguerite Hamilton

When I was about 14 I read this book and I remember I loved it then, I was an avid reader even then and borrowed books from the local library. Every time I look at a pair of red shoes I think to myself "red shoes for Nancy." I decided to google it yesterday, seems it has become a bit of a collectors item and not widely available. I would love to get a copy of this to read again. Has anyone else read or heard of this book?
