My sound has disappeared - checked everything I know about but still no sound!! Anybody any ideas?

What a prune! The ASDA customer I mean, not Rowan for losing her sound!

Is there a sound slider at the bottom of the video, Rowan? You could try moving that up if there is and you might hear the sound. Can you get sound on other things?

Not quite relevant, but there was a letter in the paper today. A man wrote a complaint to a 5-star hotel saying he had picked up a bedbug problem from spending a night there. A reply came from the management, saying this had never happened before in the history of the hotel, they profoundly apologised and sent £50 to compensate, as a goodwill gesture. Then a little slip of paper fell out of the envelope, saying. 'Janet, another bug person - just send the usual letter.'
