That's me.
Baking small cakes and biscuits this moning. Used some new non-stick tins for the first batch of biscuits and because I did a quite a lot, used some old flat tins I have had for years. The wretched new, non-stick tins stuck and my old tins didn't.  cheers Penny

Always the same thing happens to me Penny, but I've invested in some Tefal silicone trays. I love them because they've got the usual "tin" at the top and the silicone where the mix goes. I'd recommend them highly.

Penny I've just treated myself to some of that new fangled silicone bakeware. Touch wood seem to do a good job.

Thanks VM and Corrie. Have so many tins, daren't get any more for the moment. Keeping them in mind tho. still not my day, had intended to make some sticky toffee puddings as well, ran out of eggs. :huffin: Never mind, our grandchildren will be happy with their biscuits so that is all that matters. Been soothing myself doing crosswords for the last 30 mins so on the way to recovery. :roflmao: cheers Penny :grouphug:

Eat a few biscuits too Penny cheer yourself up. The old tins were the best.
