New fangled products

A new fangled product I've started using is 'Daily shower shine' It's advertised as keeping the build up of soap scum and lime scale off the shower glass. In the 6 months I've been using it my glass has stayed sparkling clean. It was a plumber who told me about it, I'd had a new shower and asked him how to stop the white sealant turning black and/or mildewed ... He recommended this stuff so now I use it every day. I spray it on the glass AND the sealant.. It works.

Have you any new (or old) discoveries ... or a product that you could recommend?

Dunno if this is a record? Bought some stuff for cleaning the bath, from CleanSneeze, BuggaWear, or one of them, cannot remember which.

Two bottles for the price of one, very light fragrance, needs very little, keeps the bath sparkling clean and shining. Only getting to the end of the second bottle now, after must be TEN YEARS ???!!!!

Good one Tony!!

I've been racking my poor little brain at this one - can't think of anything I swear by - except maybe comfort - I don't like any of the other fabric conditioners - they tend to make things smell like old ladies' nightgowns!! :dunno:

Well Evie for those with too much dosh and a lack of common sense there is always the - - - - no touch soap dispenser.

The best cleaner going in my opinion is the old Jif now called Cif. Far better than all the modern cleaning products. Not only does it leave your sinks etc gleaming, it's also great for cooker hobs.

Dust If You Must....

~~ Author Unknown~~

Dust if you must, but wouldn't it be better
To paint a picture, or write a letter,
Bake a cake, or plant a seed;
Ponder the difference between want and need?

Dust if you must, but there's not much time,
With rivers to swim, and mountains to climb;
Music to hear, and books to read;
Friends to cherish, and life to lead.

Dust if you must, but the world's out there
With the sun in your eyes, and the wind in your hair;
A flutter of snow, a shower of rain,
This day will not come around again.

Dust if you must, but bear in mind,
Old age will come and it's not kind.
And when you go (and go you must)
You, yourself, will make more dust.

Remember, a house becomes a home when you can write
"I love you" on the furniture..... :banana: :banana:
